1. AI output is not advice
Games and rulesets generated by ShakeSpiel are creative outputs from AI models. They may contain errors, contradictions, unbalanced rules, or culturally insensitive material. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, educational, or otherwise).
2. Use of household objects
Generated games may suggest using everyday objects as components. You are responsible for assessing whether those objects are safe for the players involved — particularly with small parts, sharp edges, hot or breakable items, food, or anything that could be a choking hazard for young children. When in doubt, substitute or skip a component.
3. Age suitability
Difficulty and age recommendations shown in generated games are heuristic, not certified. Adults should review any game before playing it with children.
4. Printables and physical materials
Printable components are designed for ordinary home or office printing on paper. We make no guarantees about colour fidelity, dimensional accuracy, durability, or safety when laminated, cut, or assembled into objects. Supervise children when using scissors, glue, or other craft tools.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShakeSpiel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or of any game generated by it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
7. Third-party services
ShakeSpiel relies on third-party platforms (hosting, payments, AI model providers, email). We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or other failures caused by those platforms.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ShakeSpiel harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your published content, or your use of any generated game.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you a different forum.
